How can I send my embroidery files?

You can email your artwork files to us or we also accept files via WeTransfer or Dropbox, etc.

What type of payments do you accept?

We take cash, card, and checks. We also have a PayPal account available (Please call ahead and let us know before paying through PayPal).

What is the turn-around time for my order to be completed?

This depends on the quantity and the actual stitch count on the embroidery. Usually a small order of less than 24pcs can be done within a week.

Is there a minimum on order size?

There is no minimum on order sizes.

Are there any setup fees?

Yes, we have a one time set-up fee, this is for the digitization of your existing artwork. You can always send us your files and get a quote.

Do I have to supply the the shirts, caps, etc that I want embroidered?

No, you don’t have to supply the garments. We can have you pick from our online catalogs which you can find on the our products drop down menu. You can also bring in your own garments.
